Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing electrical projects over $10,000,000.
• Expertise in contract management and financial forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent commercial or industrial projects within the metropolitan area.
• Foster long‑term relationships with local general contractors and developers.
• Manage labor resources and manpower leveling across the local portfolio.
• Lead specialized industrial or infrastructure projects in various regions (Travel).
• Navigate site housing, travel logistics, and per diem for the project team.
• Navigate complex regulatory and OSHA requirements for high‑scale job sites.
