Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers. You will manage end-to-end commissioning, coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners, and ensure quality control across Level 1–5 activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in general construction as MEP engineer or related role.
• 5+ years bridging field and engineering commissioning experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes across trades.
• Experience with project QC and commissioning documentation.
• ASHRAE commissioning knowledge or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities from Level 1 to Level 5.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations teams.
• Develop and implement the QC plan and testing scripts.
• Integrate startup and commissioning schedules into the project schedule.
• Oversee OFCI and CFCI equipment inspections and documentation.
• Lead commissioning meetings and issue resolution.
• Support pre-installation meetings and risk mitigation.
