Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior Commissioning Manager for a full-time traveling assignment on Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers. You will lead end-to-end commissioning across Level 1–5, coordinating with architects, engineers, trade partners, and the client to ensure turnover readiness.

Responsibilities include developing QC plans, integrating commissioning with the project schedule, and overseeing OFCI/CFCI inspections, with extensive site travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program with minimum 12 years of General Construction experience as MEP Engineer/Superintendent.
• Minimum 5 years of Commissioning experience bridging field and engineering responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities from Level 1 to Level 5 for new or retrofitted facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations teams to ensure compliant project delivery.
• Develop and manage QC plans, test scripts, and commissioning schedules integrated with project schedule.
