Job summary

ANDRITZ in Neenah, WI seeks a Seamer to join our manufacturing team. You will braze and solder screens, measure, cut, and assemble components with precision, and operate cranes and forklifts safely. Expect local and occasional out-of-state travel to support customers.

You will work with contractors, engineers, and maintenance staff, and may assist other departments as needed. A high school diploma and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided; other combinations may qualify.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Apply brazing techniques to assemble stainless steel screens.
• Perform soft soldering tasks.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Measure and cut screens accurately.
• Safely operate cranes and forklifts.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, customers, process engineers and maintenance supervisors.
• Be willing and able to perform all tasks with or without supervision.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
