Job summary

Quantum Industrial is seeking a Traveling Construction Safety Coordinator to support safety operations on large-scale projects across multiple states. You will maintain a strong field presence, conduct inspections, support training, and work with leadership to reduce jobsite risks.

The role requires travel across multiple states, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, and a proactive safety approach to ensure compliance and maintain a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction, industrial, or mechanical safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and ANSI safety practices.
• Experience conducting inspections, risk assessments, and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Enforce OSHA, ANSI, company, and project safety requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and safety training.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor PPE, safe work practices, and high-risk activities.
• Review JHAs, PTPs, permits, and other safety documentation.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
