Job summary

SCT Operations, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Manager / Specialist to support construction and industrial clients across the United States. This role requires 100% travel and offers coverage for all travel expenses, including per diem.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in safety management, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and relevant certifications such as CHST and CPR. Strong communication skills are essential for promoting client safety culture and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in construction and/or manufacturing environments.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable ANSI, NIOSH, ACGIH, and NFPA standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive safety and health risk assessments.
• Promote compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead investigations of incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Develop and improve auditing processes.
• Execute required safety training programs.
