Job summary

MOC Incorporated in California seeks an experienced Safety Coordinator to promote and enforce safety policies across multiple job sites. The role requires 4–5 years in construction safety, preferably concrete construction, and involves extensive travel with a company-provided vehicle.

You will lead toolbox talks, conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, and ensure OSHA compliance while collaborating with project managers and field supervisors.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of construction safety experience, preferably in concrete construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete tools, equipment, and finishing operations.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; CPS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to job sites nationwide; maintain safety program across multiple sites.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular job site inspections and safety audits.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and reports using company software systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to address hazards.
