TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Safety Analyst in Des Moines, IA. You will conduct site audits, maintain safety records, and support reporting tools to improve safety across projects while traveling throughout the state.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in safety analysis or compliance, proficiency with Excel and Power BI, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. DOT background checks are required.

• 3+ years in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Offers contingent on successful background, drug test, and DOT medical.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: conduct site audits, gate checks, and safety support with field crews.
• Safety Culture: promote a proactive safety-first mindset with teams.
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping across systems.
• Monitor training and certification compliance; maintain documentation.
• Travel across the state as required.
