TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Safety Analyst to conduct structured safety data analysis, maintain compliance records, and support reporting tools to improve operational safety across projects. You will travel statewide, perform site audits, promote a safety-first culture, and coordinate data collection with field and office teams.

Experience with Excel and Power BI, strong communication, and 3 years in safety analytics preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI or other data platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracy.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support with field crews.
• Safety Culture: Promote a proactive safety-first mindset with crews.
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping across systems.
• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems.
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions.
• Support site audits and maintain documentation.
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits.
• Travel throughout the state is required.
