SRP Companies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Route Service Representative to independently travel across a large territory, implement merchandising plans, and ensure product displays are up to standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to stay 2-3 nights away from home. Base pay ranges with overtime opportunities and weekly pay are noted.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Tech-savvy with smartphone apps and common software.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car as required.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route using SRP fleet vehicles.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are correctly placed.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves stocked; handle required travel logistics.
