Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to lead medication administration training and ensure compliance across Denver centers. You will certify staff on life-saving medications and bridge virtual theory with hands-on clinical mastery during on-site visits.

This role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience, pediatric or school-nursing preferrred, a valid driver's license, and up to 8 hours of weekly availability during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel across the Denver Metro Area.
• Up to 8 hours per week during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• In‑Person Skills Validation: conduct hands‑on assessments for routine prescriptions and emergency medications.
• Quarterly Compliance Audits: visit centers to verify medication records are accurate and stored per protocol.
• Care Plan Oversight: review Emergency Action Plans and Care Plans for clinical appropriateness and proper documentation.
• Center Support: serve as subject matter expert for center staff on medication safety and protocols.
• Documentation: maintain digital records of staff certifications and center audit scores.
