Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser/Resets in the Phoenix area. This role supports national brands with in-store merchandising, product displays, and planogram compliance across multiple retailers. Training is provided and travel within the territory is required.

You will work independently and with the team to maintain relationships with store staff while promoting trusted products. Benefit offerings include health-related coverage and a 401K plan where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
• Build and stock product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
