Job summary

CRO-US is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Specialist to support grocery retailers with shelf resets, new item cut-ins, and planogram execution. You will work independently and with a team, starting early to ensure stores are ready each day.

Paid training and competitive weekly pay are offered, with drive-time and mileage reimbursement. Benefits include health, vision, dental, short-term disability, life insurance and a 401K. You must be reliable and able to travel to multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available Monday – Thursday, starting at 7 am. Occasionally on Fridays as needed.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a day.
• Must have access to a smart device and the internet.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 60lbs.
• Experience with planograms and resets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gaining shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• New item cut-ins and resets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
