Job summary

Buffalo Construction, Inc. is seeking a field supervisor to manage restaurant, retail, fuel, and hospitality construction sites across the continental United States.

You will build strong relationships with project teams, drive schedules, supervise daily activities, and lead QA/QC to ensure project delivery on time. The role requires 2–3 years in relevant construction sectors, strong reporting skills, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in restaurant, retail, fuel, and/or hotel construction sectors.
• Clear writing and communication skills for routine reports.
• Ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the Project Team and stakeholders.
• Turn over projects Buffalo Ready and On Time.
• Drive the project schedule and supervise daily construction activities.
• Lead QA/QC according to plan drawings.
• Prepare and transmit daily reports and project status using Procore.
• Resolve issues with the Project Team and vendors.
