Job summary

Henson Construction LLC is seeking a hands-on on-site leader for national commercial restaurant builds. This field-based role rewards autonomy and close collaboration with a tight-knit team, ensuring projects align with premium brand standards.

You will travel about 80% of the time and manage subcontractors, interpret blueprints, and coordinate with owners to keep milestones on track while maintaining safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or site manager in commercial construction.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant-specific construction, incl. utilities and kitchen needs.
• Willingness to travel ~80% and work away from home.
• Strong leadership with a track record of coordinating subcontractors on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations to meet schedules and brand standards.
• Coordinate diverse subcontractor teams for quality workmanship and site safety.
• Provide daily updates to owner and office with milestones and obstacles.
• Interpret architectural blueprints and specs to guide build from ground-break to turnover.
• Perform rigorous QC inspections to prevent delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional job site reflecting company reputation.
