• Proficient with Procore.
• OSHA 30 Hour.
• Technically literate individual.
• Motivated and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site activities.
• Perform quality control and safety checks on-site.
• Provide on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
