OSF HealthCare seeks a Registered Nurse to protect, promote and restore health across the care continuum. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, assesses symptoms, mentors teammates, and supports evidence-based practice. Travel to Rochelle is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in IL or MI with current state licensure.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic EMR and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care with providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess symptoms, support care plans and education for patients and families.
• Travel between OSF sites to support care delivery as needed.
• Document in EMR and maintain professional licensure throughout employment.
