You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate care across the continuum while assessing symptoms and providing psychological support to patients and families. Preferred BSN, with at least 6 months RN experience in a healthcare environment.

Proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office is expected. Travel between sites is regularly required.

Qualificações

• Valid IL RN license required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• BSN preferred.
• 6 months RN experience in a healthcare setting.
• EMR and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to regularly travel between sites.
