Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to protect, promote and restore health by practicing at the highest licensure level. You will collaborate with providers and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care across the continuum.

The role requires assessing and supporting patients' physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients and families, mentoring team members, and maintaining professionalism at all times. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Active IL or MI RN license (current)
• BLS for Health Care Providers required
• BSN preferred
• 6 months healthcare experience
• EMR and MS Office basic proficiency
• Ability to travel regularly between multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care at the highest licensure level and coordinate with the care team across the continuum
• Assess symptoms and support physical and psychological needs of patients and families
• Mentor team members and promote best practices
• Maintain professional disposition and travel between sites as required
