Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to protect, promote and restore health by practicing at the highest level of licensure; you will collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate care across the continuum and support patients, friends and families. This role will also travel to Rochelle as needed.

Required licenses include IL or MI RN, current state RN license, and BLS from American Heart Association; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in IL or MI and currently licensed in the state.
• RN license in current state.
• American Heart Association (BLS) certification for Health Care Providers.
• BSN preferred or relevant nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination across the continuum with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Protect, promote and restore health by practicing at the highest level of licensure.
• Assist patients, families and colleagues, offering psychological support and education.
