Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse communities in West Fargo, North Dakota. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process, collaborating with physicians, and delivering care through all phases from prevention to follow-up.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of nursing experience and may hold multistate licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience and 6 months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient treatment.
