Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care across diverse communities. Responsibilities include using the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and evaluate treatment plans, covering all phases from preventative care to follow-up, including education, triage, and interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience; reside within 60 miles of assigned location.
• Maintain necessary certifications and competencies.
