The Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a registered nurse for travel assignments focused on underserved communities. You will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care and collaborate with physicians and other professionals.

You will contribute to care planning, education, triage, and documentation while ensuring adherence to scope of practice and ethical guidelines in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent required/preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, with at least six months in travel nursing.
• Residence located at least 60 miles from the facility.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care across all phases.
