Proforma Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized patient care across diverse clinical settings in Lakota, ND. You will apply the nursing process, assess needs, and coordinate treatment with physicians and the care team.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure via NLC.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months travel nursing experience.
• Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required competencies and certifications maintained throughout employment.
