CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care across diverse communities. The role emphasizes nursing assessment, care planning, and coordination with physicians and care teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing (preferred) with an active RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, including 6 months of travel experience and residency within 60 miles of the facility.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Provide care across all phases: prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Adhere to nursing standards, legal, ethical, and population-specific guidelines.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal, ethical, and population-specific standards.

Qualifications Include

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including at least six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
