Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized patient care across diverse communities. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, collaborating on care plans, and managing assessments, education, triage, and interventions.

Qualified candidates hold a valid RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience (6 months travel). 14-week contracts with extensions are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Valid RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure in NLC states.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Residence at least 60 miles from the facility location.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.
