Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care across diverse communities. The role requires applying the nursing process and collaborating with healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate treatments.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred), current RN licensure, and at least one year of nursing experience with six months of travel exposure. Rotating 12‑hour shifts and coordinated patient care are required.
