Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care across diverse communities in North Dakota.

The role emphasizes the nursing process, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to professional standards while delivering care through all phases.

Candidates should have BSN (preferred), current RN license, at least one year of nursing experience including six months of travel nursing, and the ability to reside within 60 miles of the facility.

• Perform full nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provide care across health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Adhere to nursing standards and legal/ethical guidelines.
