Job summary
Prime Healthcare seeks a Regional Vice President of Pharmacy Services to lead design and implementation of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives across the system. You will coordinate with national and regional leaders to achieve clinical and financial goals.
The role requires extensive hospital-pharmacy management experience, licensure, and strong communication skills to drive change on a national scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
- Current state Pharmacy license required.
- Multi-state acute care health system experience preferred.
- 5+ years of hospital management experience required.
- 3+ years of acute care Pharmacy experience required.
- Excellent communication and leadership for national-scale change.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with National VP and Regional VP to design and implement pharmacy services.
- Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain policies and best practices for pharmacy operations.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to advance initiatives and projects.
- Onboard acquisitions into pharmacy services operations.
- Interact with executives and technology teams to deliver system design.
