Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a High-Travel Recruiter to support staffing needs across multiple locations with frequent travel. You'll partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple open positions while traveling occasionally for events and interviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for high-travel, multi-location roles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ATS, job boards, social media recruiting, and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently to company offices, job sites, events, and fairs.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Assist with onboarding steps and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting activity.
