Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT completed.
• At least 2 years of surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.
