Candidates should hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, have CMS training and SMQT, and possess at least two years of surveyor experience in long-term care. U.S.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
• CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT completed.
• At least two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure as Registered Dietitian.
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage survey process.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.
• US Citizenship required.
