Required CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, plus an RD license and at least two years of LTC survey experience. The role involves extensive travel (up to 75%) and a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training completed.
• Passed SMQT.
• Minimum 2 years as a surveyor for long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
