Required are an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, SMQT, and current RD licensure. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a full-time schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT completion is required.
• At least two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.
