Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality control experience in custodial, facilities, or similar service environment.
• A valid driver’s license (held 3+ years) and comfort with frequent travel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex contract requirements.
• Collaborative attitude with ability to influence without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections across multiple project sites.
• Document findings, track corrective actions, and verify they are implemented.
• Coach project teams and influence improvements without formal supervision.
• Analyze inspection trends and escalate issues that require leadership attention.
• Build relationships with customers, contracting officers, and site management.
