Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections across multiple project sites.
• Document findings, track corrective actions, and verify they stick.
• Coach and guide project teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Analyze inspection trends and elevate issues that need leadership attention.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contracting officers, and site management.
