Job summary

Turner is seeking a Project QA/QC Manager for the Critical Facilities-Data Centers division, based in Houston, to plan, coordinate, and develop the project-specific QA/QC Plan that ensures full contract compliance and effective QA/QC staff oversight.

Reporting to the Project Manager or Project Executive, you will lead QA/QC staff, maintain contract knowledge, manage RFIs and change orders within budget, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years in construction QA/QC.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, codes, and inspections.
• Proficient in document control, RFIs, and cost-tracking within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project-specific QA/QC plan with stakeholders.
• Lead QA/QC staff and perform performance appraisals.
• Coordinate testing and inspections, including third-party tests.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and project requirements.
• Oversee project close-out and quality reports.
