Job summary

Cambridge Healthcare Services seeks an Internal Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Traveler to support resident care and facility therapy teams across SNFs. The PTA travels between facilities and operates under the supervision of a licensed PT.

Responsibilities include implementing PT plans, documenting outcomes, and delivering individual, group, and concurrent sessions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Must have CA PTA license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in California.
• Experience in SNF or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans under licensed PT supervision.
• Conduct individual, group, and concurrent therapy sessions.
• Travel between facilities as scheduled.
• Collaborate with PTs, facility staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support facility therapy staff and promote best practices.
