Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for assignments in SNF facilities across multiple locations in Massachusetts.

You will support physical therapists by delivering patient-centered rehabilitation services, documenting progress, and helping patients regain mobility during recovery. Qualified candidates hold an associate degree in physical therapy, active state licensure, and may have BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License
• Possibly BLS Certification
