• Travel between properties to provide coverage for staffing shortages and peak periods.
• Adapt to each location’s procedures, customer base, and operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations and uphold consistent standards across sites.
• Engage customers in person and by phone to meet occupancy goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, invoices, and daily financial transactions accurately.
• Monitor occupancy strategies and promote profitability across properties.
• Submit occupancy and financial reports to Area or District Manager.
