Clean Harbors is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field crews on soil remediation projects across the United States. This role requires 95-100% travel to project sites and extensive experience in civil or remediation dirt/soil projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in management within environmental, construction, or demolition sectors, with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or environmental fields. Strong leadership and CAD/MS Office skills are preferred.

Formación

• Experience in civil or remediation dirt/soil projects is required.
• Minimum 10+ years in management of environmental, construction, or commercial demolition.
• 5-7 years in relevant field with a bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience as a construction superintendent or similar role.
• Team leadership and ability to follow senior management direction.
• Read and interpret drawings and project specifications; CAD familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safety as the top priority and enforce safety policies on site.
• Meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Lead teams on large remediation and environmental construction projects nationwide.
• Collaborate with sales, landfill, incineration, transportation, and local offices.
• Travel to new locations to oversee field personnel and projects.
