Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Remediation Project Manager to oversee environmental construction and demolition projects across the United States. The role supports the Project Services division with responsibilities including proposal prep, cost estimates, and managing field crews; 25% travel is required.

The ideal candidate has a civil or geological engineering background, 5+ years of PM experience in remediation, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological engineering, geology preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in environmental remediation.
• Cost estimating experience and ability to develop change orders.
• Supervisor experience or field crew supervision required.
• Ability to review technical specs and drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority on all projects.
• Serve as a PM for Clean Harbors Environmental Construction projects.
• Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes.
• Supervise field crews and heavy equipment operators.
• Develop relationships with key customers and address priorities.
• Provide engineering/technical support to field offices.
• Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Enforce health and safety policies and coordinate with Health and Safety leadership.
