Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks Project Superintendents to lead ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects. Openings include local roles in Austin, Chicago, Atlanta, Raleigh, Tampa, Orlando and Rochester, MN, plus traveling roles across the Southeast or Midwest.

You will own the jobsite from mobilization through turnover, directing on-site teams, enforcing safety, and coordinating with owners and subs. Candidates typically have 3–5+ years in multifamily supervision and a CM-related degree, with

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as Project Superintendent with a multifamily GC
• Ground-up wood-frame multifamily experience from start to finish
• Construction Management or related degree preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred; Procore or similar; MS Office
• Based in, or willing to relocate to listed markets or open to regional travel

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site activities across multiple projects
• Develop and drive project schedules and look-aheads to hit milestones
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors while keeping a safe, productive jobsite
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance; run site safety trainings
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specs and quality standards
• Monitor budgets with Project Manager and mitigate financial risk
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, subcontractors and suppliers
