Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking full-time Project Superintendents to lead ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects in Austin and traveling roles across the Southeast and Midwest. You will own the jobsite from mobilization to turnover, guiding safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in multifamily supervision, a construction management background, and willingness to relocate or travel as needed. Procore and MS Office proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years as a Project Superintendent with a multifamily general contractor.
• Ground-up wood-frame multifamily experience, start to finish.
• Construction Management or related degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred; construction management software (Procore or similar) and MS Office.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, one of the markets above; OR open to regional travel for traveling roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site activities, including on multiple projects at once
• Develop and drive project schedules and three-week look-aheads so key milestones are met
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors and keep a productive, safe jobsite
• Enforce safety protocols, run site safety training and ensure OSHA compliance
• Conduct regular inspections so all work meets project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor budgets with the Project Manager and help mitigate financial risk
• Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors and suppliers

Openings include local roles in Austin, Chicago, Atlanta, Raleigh, Tampa, Orlando and Rochester, Minnesota, plus traveling roles across the Southeast or the Midwest.
