Scott Humphrey Corporation is hiring Project Superintendents to lead ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects in local markets and traveling roles across the Southeast/Midwest. You will own the jobsite from mobilization through turnover, guiding teams, maintaining safety, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of multifamily superintendent experience, a construction management background, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Competenze

• 3 to 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience with a multifamily GC.
• Ground-up wood-frame multifamily experience from start to finish.
• Construction Management or related degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification; proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day on-site activities across multiple projects.
• Develop and drive project schedules and three-week look-aheads to hit milestones.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subs to keep a productive, safe site.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance on all sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to meet specs and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets with PM and help mitigate financial risk.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, subs and suppliers.

They build ground-up, wood-frame and podium apartment communities, senior living and student housing for repeat developer clients, with a strong backlog across several high-growth U.S. markets.

Job Description

We are hiring Project Superintendents to lead ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects from start to finish. Openings include local roles in Austin, Chicago, Atlanta, Raleigh, Tampa, Orlando and Rochester, Minnesota, plus traveling roles across the Southeast or the Midwest. You will own the jobsite from mobilization through turnover and directly shape project success, team performance and client satisfaction.

Select Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site activities, including on multiple projects at once
• Develop and drive project schedules and three-week look-aheads so key milestones are met
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors and keep a productive, safe jobsite
• Enforce safety protocols, run site safety training and ensure OSHA compliance
• Conduct regular inspections so all work meets project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor budgets with the Project Manager and help mitigate financial risk
• Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors and suppliers

Ideal Candidate

• 3 to 5+ years as a Project Superintendent with a multifamily general contractor
• Ground-up wood-frame multifamily experience, start to finish
• Construction Management or related degree preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred; construction management software (Procore or similar) and MS Office
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, one of the markets above; OR open to regional travel for traveling roles
