Colorado West Construction seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to lead large-format, ground-up national retail projects across the Western United States from our Murrieta, CA HQ.

You will manage on-site schedule, subcontractors, inspections, and turnover to meet fixed opening dates while maintaining corporate standards. The role requires 100% travel and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years as Lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects 100,000+ SF or more.
• Experience with target national big-box retail clients is strongly preferred.
• Tilt-up construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full site development from mobilization through turnover on 100,000+ SF retail projects.
• Drive milestone-based schedules aligned with fixed opening dates.
• Maintain master schedule and two-week look-ahead plans in Procore.
