Martin Commercial LLC is seeking a Traveling Project Superintendent to lead ground-up projects across regional and national locations. This hands-on leadership role requires driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will oversee multi-story and self-storage facilities, coordinate with architects and subcontractors, manage travel up to 75%, and report progress to leadership while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong record of safety leadership and incident-free projects.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (up to 75% travel).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for ground-up projects including site prep, foundations, and framing.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality; implement adjustments to meet deadlines.
