Job Duties and Responsibilities

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

On-site duties include, but are not limited to, documenting daily work tasks, completing and distributing reports, and reporting potential change orders and issues.

Secure at least 15 progress photos daily showing task completion, upload them into the company database, and verify crew installation meets Platinum standards, including daily clean-up and material security.

Log labor hours, procure local materials, assist with material deliveries, and meet with the Project Manager for instructions and updates.

Track job costs versus estimates, communicate with customers and managers, and inform the crew about weather conditions and potential leak points.

Work with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and stock of regular materials, and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency with technologies like Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and Outlook.

Effective communication skills, adaptability, and strong time and budget management.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of construction experience
• OSHA 10 certification or higher
• English language proficiency
• Basic math skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass drug screening

Special Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in roofing industry
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Willingness to travel up to 90%
• High-performance, innovative, and passionate attitude

Work Conditions and Physical Demands

Outdoor work on roofs, exposure to weather, ability to lift 50+ pounds safely.
