ARCO/Murray is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-15+ years of leading high-end finish commercial and entertainment projects. As a Superintendent, you'll manage administrative and field operations from day one, with tools and support to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and to specifications.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Attend project review meetings for preplanning
• Coordinate with project manager on schedules, staffing, and equipment
• Oversee project execution to meet specifications and deadlines
• Assist with shipment, approvals, and documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors and inform all parties of schedule changes
• Prepare progress and cost reports
• Review requisitions, invoices, and documents
• Communicate with owners and architects
• Hold site meetings and report to project manager
• Maintain project diaries
• Enforce safety protocols
• Make timely decisions and organize resources
• Demonstrate leadership and commitment to quality
• Act with integrity and focus on customer satisfaction

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 as a lead superintendent in entertainment or high-end commercial projects
• Willing to travel nationally
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to perform job duties (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)
