• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and protects an injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart process and buyout schedule.
• Coordinates with preconstruction team on quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope of work development.
• Maintains project schedule, budgets and procurement logs to meet milestones.
• Leads monthly project reviews, progress meetings and Owner-Architect meetings.
